Breaking Out

Undoing the past, letting go of false impressions and having revelations that what we believed to be the truth is in fact not true at all is nothing else then ripping down prison walls and breaking out of confinement. All the ideas and believes we have create walls that say, ”Up to here and not further.” They are always restrictive. They limit our beauty, intelligence, talent and self worth. They limit how far we can go, how much we can do and how much joy we can experience.

Addressing what happened in the past, looking at why we feel or act a certain way does reduce the influence these impressions have on what is happening in the moment and will eliminate them over time. That will take the prison walls away and enable us to be who we really are without constantly holding ourselves back.

We will leave our prisons behind. Now we can see the world for what it really is. We can see who we really are. We can have any experience we choose to have and there are no restrictions on how far we can go in life. When the prison walls are gone there is space to breathe, to laugh, to dance and to dream.

When the prison is gone there is freedom.
